a week of celebrations

The last 7 days have been a fun & busy time with all of our african friends.

We had the Blessing of taking a car load (12 people) to the opening of the Enkewa Church out in the bush.

This is the first bush church building for CMF TZ and Ron to help get built.

Many of our african friends seen here are singing and dancing their way into the building.

God is growing his church through many of these people, each week seeing more people come to Christ.

During the 4 hour service, many of the young ladies were very interested in Heather's long hair, so they had fun braiding it.

Heather & family joined the team here in Tz last January, and we love sharing this work with them and their 4 kids.

Along with training church planters, we also have planned times to disciple the graduates as they work to grow their churches.

Here is a group of church planter's who have been growing together, as they sing Praise for God's Blessings.

More of our friends and co workers in this work, Elinipa & Ruth, having Chai after decorating the church for the celebration.

They always add laughter to our times of work here in Africa.

The church as we drive home, ending a 13 hour day traveling & singing & laughing & eating!

This is the first of many church buildings we hope to help get built for the new believers to worship in.

Then just a few days later we are back at the center honoring a group of graduates as they finish 15 weeks of studies.

They sing to us and share with us their hearts as they prepare to go back to the bush to teach others the life God wants for them.

We always love seeing the children share what they have learned.

And on the right you can see a proud grandpa watching on.

A final picture of the 6 families as they say their goodbyes and get ready for the new life of bringing others to Jesus.

A Wonderful Week of Celebrating African Style!
