It is 3 in the afternoon and what does that mean here in Tz:

• when the sun finally comes out from the clouds this time of year


• practicing saying 'habari za mchana/good afternoon' to the guards


• the warmest time of the day to take my outdoor shower


• cows in our front yard eating our grass and little trees, again


• Tanzanian time is 9 in the afternoon as they are 6 hours later than us


• wishing I had chocolate or nuts which are both very expensive here


• now we can see the top of Mt Meru from our backyard


• thinking how much fun a jigsaw puzzle would be, think I can find one?


• still the perfect time for a nap on a Sunday afternoon
