As we wait for the Tanzanian immigration department to reconsider our request for a residency permit, we are taking it just one day at a time.
Today it is beautiful outside with the sunshine and the melting snow.
Today I enjoyed a soy Chai tea ( I am trying to wean off of them ).
Today in language I am learning how to say numbers in the thousands.
Today Ron & I will continue working out with a guest pass at the YMCA.
Today we will play Pinochle with Ron's parents, see if the ladies can win tonight.
Today we talked to the shipping agents and finished packing supplies to send once we get the go ahead.
Today I am putting together packets of important paperwork for each of our kids to keep.
Today we slept in till 7:30 am and that felt good.
Today Ron will make me laugh many times.
And for all these things I am thankful!

Praise God for your patience and faithfulness in waiting for God to open a door for you. I am thankful too for your adjusting to many different circumstances you have had to go thru. You and Ron are truly lights to the world of what it takes to answer the call of God. Keep on keeping on. My prayers are with you. Love, Mom
I was thinking of you two this morning as I read my devotions. The key verse was from Isaiah 46: 4, which says: "I will be your God throughout your lifetime-until your hair is white with age. I made you and I will care for you. I will carry you along and save you." Be encouraged to know that God is caring for you and carrying you along on your journey preparing for the mission field. Love, Nancy
