School begins again for 6 families and 13 children. I wanted to share some of the people we get the joy of knowing and being with for the next 17 weeks.
This is Mataio, he is Maasai.
This is Yakobo with his son, they are Digo.
These 3 ladies are all from the Maasai tribe and do know know Swahili, so their husbands translate for them.
And of course the kids. They do not know Swahili either, but their smiles & waves & laughter say it all.
By the end we will find ways to communicate and share our lives with each other, us learning from them as they learn from us.
