My mom was here over Thanksgiving for a visit. We had lots of fun going to the Celestial Seasonings plant in Boulder, eating mom's butterscotch pie, playing cards, freezing at the show seeing 'Bee Movie', and laughing with the kids.
It is not easy thinking about the last time together for many many months. But having a loving mom's support as we embark on a new chapter in our lives gives us courage to go.
Encouraging those you love to pursue their dreams often means letting them go.
